The Black Lips are set to headline this years PHXAM After Party presented by Altamont. They sat down and talked about the contest weekend, skateboarding, touring and more in this interview on the Altamont site.

All week long the RIDE Channel will be hitting us with a series of videos featuring past and present PHXAM contestants as they get ready to hit the road to Phoenix for Cowtown’s 12th Annual PHXAM Presented by VANS.

We are kicking the PHXAM weekend off Friday night at Cowtown in Tempe! FOS, artist for Altamont and the skateboard brand Heroin, will be at our shop doing live paintings along side local artist JJ Horner as we hang out, check out some amazing art, eat free pizza and vibe to some good tunes.This all ages event starts at 7pm and is free to attend!

This year, our LIVE WEBCAST will be interactive and you will be able to WIN prizes from our sponsors LIVE during the contest from your home or phone!!! All you need is a Facebook profile and a quick trigger finger! There will be 13 winners throughout the webcast!
